My time is important
“I scheduled an appointment with Leonard for 2pm. After moving all of my furniture, he calls at 2pm to tell me that he is 45 minutes to an hour away with a broken truck. A side from the truck, he should have called prior to 2pm because he would not make the appointment time with that distance between us. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thank you Ultimate Carpet! I wish there was a no-star rating. ”
